Brand Proposition No.1
37 Degrees North Latitude
37 degrees north latitude, which is a number of boundless magic, seems to have got the aura of nature. The area it has passed through is a place where human civilization, cultural and historical sites gather at.Not only that, but perhaps God’s intentional arrangement made numerous beautiful and richly endowed cities on this golden latitude line at 37 degrees north latitude, from Bordeaux in France, Athens in Greece, Seoul in South Korea, San Francisco in the United States, Sicily in Italy, and Wendeng in China.The perfect combination of latitude, ocean, and land has d a unique landscape of human civilization. This design contest takes 37 degrees north latitude as the No. 1 brand proposition. Designers can inspire the design based on the country and civilization that 37 degrees north latitude passes through.
Design requirements:
1. Focus on the integration of traditional culture and modern design.
2. We hope to have unique expression and innovation in materials and crafts.
3. Adhering to the concept of environmental protection and sustainable development.
4. Entries need to present themes in the form of a series of 3 or 4 works.
Brand Proposition No.2
Future Modern Through Time and Space
The fashion of the contemporary world has shown a trend of rapid development and diversification under the promotion of science and technology, and this kind of development will be further accelerated in the future.The development of science and technology is changing with each passing day, and the relationship between fashion and media in the future will be even closer. Through powerful media means, fashion will further spread beyond the constraints of space and time. In addition to the promotion of science and technology, the development of future world culture will also profoundly affect fashion.The future world culture will also have a more diversified situation in which multiple cultural individuals will participate in the integration of world cultures on an equal position, eventually form a brand-new culture by the integration of the outstanding parts of various ethnic cultures. This will inevitably bring a more colorful diversity to the world fashion. In this situation, everyone can participate in fashion and fashion according to his or her own personality.
In the future economic and social development, environmental protection will be an increasingly prominent theme. Nature\'s resources cannot be developed and utilized without restriction. And industrial production has already paid a heavy price for the pollution and destruction of the ecological environment. The deadline for the contest was postponed to July 15,2018
Due to the delay in the release of the “Brand Proposition” in this competition, in order to guarantee the participating designers to have sufficient time, The Organizing Committee specially extended the deadline for submission of entries(including Conceptual Design unit and Brand Proposition unit) to July 15, 2018.
Copyright Ownership of Award-winning Works in Competitions
1. The winning works of the Tenth China (Shenzhen) Innovative Leather Design Contest (Gold and Silver Awards of the Conceptual Design unit and Brand Proposition unit) are commissioned works whose copyright belongs to the organizing committee of the competition.The contest organizing committee has the right for collection, exhibition and publication to the competition works (including the design artwork and the finished product) and the right for redesign, produce, and sell to the award-winning works. No other entity or individual (including the author himself) may transfer, reproduce, reproduce, disseminate, excerpt, publish, issue or license the work in any form.
In the subsequent commercial feedback comes from the winning work with market revenue, 1% of its market-oriented turnover will be donated to the Shenzhen Charity Association-Belle International Innovation Public Fund.
